Jim, I respectfully disagree with you.The average investor doesn't have this information because the average investor does not know where to look or even if he or she does know where to look, may not know how to properly interpret this information. Having attended one of the best universities in the US, a top grad school program and having worked for a Wall Street firm, none of these places taught me where to look for this information. I figured out where to find this information when I connected the dots on my own and made the links between governments, banks and various markets such as stock markets and commodity markets.

I offer this more specific information through consultations or other services and not through free public forums such as my blog. If I offered the most valuable information I know for free, it goes without saying that I would have no job nor a source of income.. But the information that you claim is not available to the average investor is most definitely out there and accessible.

(2) To know how to play this volatility, you have to be able to analyze the situations properly and understand if fraudulent schemes are sustainable over the long-term or if they are only sustainable over the short-term.
This is all well and good but 90% of the information needed to follow your suggestion is not available to the average investor. The reason that manipulation works is that information is hidden. As usual a concept with no valid solution.
